WHAT MAKES MY FIRST BOOK SO SPECIAL?
Early childhood development support for everyone
My First Book
We are Alex and Jona - longtime friends, former colleagues and family people. My First Book came out of our own search for meaningful Montessori toys that are not only fun, but with which our children learn something at the same time.
We hope you enjoy our Montessori Quiet Books. A book and a toy in one, that children love and parents trust.
Thank you for your support and we hope you have lots of fun playing and learning with our products.
My First Book offers toys for early childhood development for children between 0 - 6 years. All products are Montessori-inspired and designed by experts to be age-appropriate.
The Small Hands range consists of small fabric books for babies aged 0 to 1 year and especially promotes the sense of touch and eyesight of our littlest ones.
The My First Book series is divided into 1-3 and 3-6 years. This series aims to promote the cognitive and motor development of children aged 1 to 6 through early and targeted exercises.
We recommend that parents first go through each page of the book together with their child and show what to do on each page. The child can then play independently and practice the activities by imitation. In addition, the book is great for linguistic interaction, to promote language development and the acquisition of a second language. Other uses include playdates with other children, interactions with peers, as well as occupying and calming toddlers during travel, flights or car journeys.
Yes, because as a rule: practice makes perfect. Each themed world offers different exercises and activities, through which children learn through play and train their motor and cognitive skills.
No, all MFB books were designed by experts in child education and the color choice corresponds to children's psychology. The colors are intended to calm children's emotions and appeal to them naturally. Children with different personalities have different color preferences. The content of the books appeals to the same senses.
