We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MyFirstBookMall. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@myfirstbookmall.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the items.

Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method used for purchase.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
